South County Soccer is pleased to announce the Annual South County Fall Cup to be held for boys and girls travel teams ages U9 through U15, the weekend of November 16 and 17, 2019.
The tournament's goal is to ensure a competitive levels of play at the U9-U15 age groups (Premier Division (top bracket) and Championship Division (second bracket), reflected in our commitment to provide top quality fields, competition, referees, and organization. The size of the tournament will be limited to ensure that the most competitive brackets can be created. The historic and highly attractive National Capital Region will ensure an unforgettable experience for visiting teams, with tournament soccer fields only a few miles from the center of Washington D.C.

TEAM REGISTRATION: For your convenience, we offer digital registration by email. Full details can be found HERE
The digital team/player registration deadline is Friday November 8th, 2019 by 10:00 PM NO EXCEPTIONS.
ELIGIBILITY: The tournament is open to League and Premier teams. RECREATIONAL TEAMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE. Acceptance will based on Division Level (i.e., NCSL D1), Tournament Results, Geographic Location and if necessary, timeliness of application and payment.
USYS SANCTIONED TOURNAMENT: The South County Fall Cup is a USYS-sanctioned tournament through the Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA). All teams must be affiliated with either USYS or US Club Soccer and must be in good standing. Age Group divisions are for the 2018-19 seasonal year.
US Club Soccer: US Club Soccer teams are invited to apply.
APPLICATION AND FEES: a separate online application for each team must be submitted with full payment.
Entry fees is: U9 - U10: $725
U11 - U12: $775
U13 - U15: $875
*Teams withdrawing after acceptance will not receive a refund.
TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY: In the event the entire tournament is cancelled, the tournament's policy is to refund entry fees after all incurred costs are covered.
FORMAT/AWARDS: All teams are guaranteed 3 games. Individual player trophies will be presented to all champions and finalists.
RULES: All games shall be played in accordance with FIFA Laws, except as specifically modified by Tournament Rules. Download them HERE
REFEREES: USSF three man referee system will be used for U13 - U15 games ONLY

PAPERWORK REQUIRED:
• Valid 2019-2020 USYSA or US Club roster.
• Valid 2019-2020 Player Pass for Each Player
• Medical Release form for each player. Medical Release does not need to be notarized.
• Permission to Travel forms will also be checked (only teams from NJ, CT or outside Region I need permission to travel forms).
• All players must have a player pass for 2019-2020 approved by a duly authorized registrar of their state association or US Club Soccer.

TOURNAMENT WEATHER POLICY
Regardless of weather conditions, players and coaches must be present at the schedule field at the scheduled time, ready to play. In the event of inclement weather, the tournament committee will have the authority to change any games as follows:
1. Relocate or reschedule game(s)
2. Change the duration of games(s)
3. Cancel preliminary game(s) that have no bearing on the selection of division winners.
