Rec Soccer Refund Policy

Partial refunds for withdrawal will be granted as follows:

  • Two weeks after participant’s original registration day, but prior to league play, a full refund will be issued less a $5.00 administrative and processing fee.
 
  • After the two week window, but still prior to league play, a full refund will be issued less a $40.00 administrative and processing fee.


After league play has begun, no refunds will be granted.

Only in the following cases shall a pro-rated refund be granted after the initial two week window:

  • Medical emergency (e.g., broken arm)
  • Relocation from the area
 

The refund amount will be calculated based on the amount of the season remaining but the refund will be subject to a $20 administrative and processing fee.

All refund requests must be submitted to the appropriate League Director or the Registrar. 

NOTE: League Play is defined as the date of your first scheduled practice, game, or training session, whichever comes first.  Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to process your refund request.
